Glamorous Indie Rock & Roll

"Glamorous Indie Rock & Roll" is a song from The Killers' UK and Australia editions of the album ''Hot Fuss'', where it replaces "Change Your Mind". It was also released as a bonus track on various editions of ''Hot Fuss''.
==Overview==
The song has resulted in much misunderstanding; the lyrics are an ironic take on hipster culture. In 2009, Flowers told ''Time Out Chicago'': "There's so much snobbery. You go through high school and all the paranoia and crap that goes with that. It's bullshit. I just didn't want to be like that. We like big songs and we're going to embrace it."
Brandon Flowers stated in a ''Rolling Stone'' interview that this song is his least favorite Killers song, and he wants "to crawl under a rock" when he hears the song.〔Scaggs, Austin. "Q&A: Brandon Flowers." Rolling Stone. Rolling Stone Magazine, 17 Sept. 2009. Web. 30 May 2015.〕 However, in a comeback show in 2011 at London's Scala, The Killers played the tune live for the first time in four years, since the earlier legs of the Sam's Town Tour. The following day, The Killers opened with "Glamorous Indie Rock & Roll" during their headlining act at Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park, London.
